DESCRIPTION : RockSeal C30 is a two-component acrylic modified cementitious waterproofing system that requires only on site mixing to form an ideal coating to waterproof and resurface concrete and masonry surfaces. ● Protects against carbonation. ● Provides barrier to water borne salts. ● Excellent adhesion: Bonds to porous and non-porous surfaces. ● Flexible: Withstands thermal movements of concrete structures. ● Non-Toxic: Suitable to use in contact with potable water. ● Suitable for light pedestrian traffic. ● Breathable: Whilst repelling water, allows substrate to breathe. ● High resistance to carbon dioxide and chloride ion diffusion. ● Can be applied on 24 hours old concrete, to give immediate protection. Recommended Uses : Can be used as a waterproof coating for: ● Top roofs. ● Basement retaining walls. ● Overhead and underground water tanks. ● Rafts and other foundations. ● Bathrooms, kitchen areas and other sunken areas. ● Sewerage manholes.   Can also be used as: ● Coating in sea water channels. ● Protection against chloride and carbonation attacks. ● Sealing and coating of tie bar holes to ensure water tightness. ● Waterproof protection against brackish water. ● Coating as backing of marble and granite to prevent surface staining and water ingress.
