BARBELL LEVER – Rack Station The Barbell Lever (code 9095/20) is an optional component of the Power Cage Rack and the Rack Station. The barbell is not included. It is a multidirectional swivel pin that has to be bolted on the upright columns of the Power Cage Rack (code 9095). Once you have loaded a barbell, you can perform many multiplanar exercises, pulling, pressing, rotational movements, and in particular, getting an intense core workout, targeting abs and hips. These exercises, also known as landmine exercises, are performed in a standing position. Barbell Lever comes with a hook that, bolted to the upper part of the upright column, helps you keep the barbell stored in the vertical position. The pin has two cylinders: one with a diameter of 51 mm (for Olympic barbells) and one with a diameter of 28 mm (for barbells without 50mm sleeves and bars). This way, it is possible to use bars and barbells of different lengths and weights. The Barbell Lever is essential in cases where it is necessary to vary the weight by adding weight plates. The tool is simple, effective, and practical. It includes a barbell holder that locks the barbell in a vertical position, avoiding it to stay on the ground.
