This makes it a professional Rack Station, able to combine functional, suspension and barbell training. Suspended between the two Power Cage Racks, the D. Ladder code 9095/3 has a length of 2,72 m for a positive gradient difference of about 40 cm from its base. The inclination (first positive and then negative) of the ladder makes this accessory even more challenging with regards to Monkey Walk training. In addition to the 7 pegs with a diameter of 38 mm and spaced 30 cm apart, the D. Ladder is also equipped with two parallel tubes placed underneath the ladder, which allows the support of suspended accessories such as Flying or elastic bands, also giving a greater number of positions for the execution of pull-ups (in addition to the two included in each Power Cage Rack). The Paddles code 9095/2 are circular accessories (diameter 50 cm) to be fixed on a Power Cage Rack and which act as a rigid target for throwing medicine balls such as the Giant Med Ball codes 0500-0505.
